Shipping and Returns


When will my order be shipped?

For orders completed on working days, we ensure to process your
order within 48 hours (2 working days) at most. In any case, you can expect to receive your medal within 3-5 working days.

Delivery to Basilicata, Campania, Calabria, Puglia, and the
Islands may require an additional 1-2 working days.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an
email with a reference number. This number will be used to track your package on the DHL or BRT website (standard delivery). Please note that tracking will be available starting from the day after you receive this information.

How does the delivery service work?

Delivery times are determined by the chosen courier (DHL or
BRT), which typically delivers between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

Can I have a different delivery address from the billing address?

Yes, during the purchase process, you can set a delivery address
different from the billing address. Simply follow the instructions provided on
the checkout page.

What are the return methods?

If you decide to return your purchase, follow the procedure
below to receive a free refund:

• Send an email to

• You will receive a reply containing the form to attach to the
medal you wish to return: print it out and insert it into the box in which your order originally arrived (if possible).

 • Attached to the reply email, you will also find the DHL or BRT
label: apply it to your package and seal it securely.

• Ensure that the label is clearly visible and that the return
address and barcode are not hidden or modified in any way.

• Deliver your package to the nearest DHL or BRT courier office
and retain the delivery receipt. You can find the nearest pick-up point using the following link: DHL Locator or BRT Locator.

• Once we receive your package, we will proceed with the refund
and send you a confirmation email from the address The refund will be processed within 30
days, depending on your bank.

• Returns are covered by Picchiani e Barlacchi only in case of
shipping damage or manufacturing defects.

How do I know if you have received the product I am returning?

Upon receiving your return, we will send you a confirmation email.
